1-1 Personal Training
Here at Spartan, we believe the most effective way to meet your targets is by utilizing our 1-1 personal training sessions.
We would begin with a face to face discussion on what you would like to achieve from the service, whether it’s losing weight, building muscle or toning up we can tailor a plan just for you.
Your first session will be an assessment of your posture, flexibility and mobility. This is necessary when building a plan that is maintainable for your growth.
You will be given a nutritional plan that will go hand in hand with your workout plan to help you excel.

8 x Sessions- £30 per session
